I’m so happy the coffee shop owners kept the older building - it’s an example of 1950s era construction in Phoenix, and with the concrete brick exposed on the inside, you can really see the quality of these older structures compared with the type of building being done today. They turned the auto service area into great indoor/outdoor seating, and by keeping the garage door open they can bring the beautiful spring days indoors anytime.
