I assume the owners like fish and the sound of water. That limits your trade to those who also like it.
I’d be one of those who liked it. I’m a big fan of Koi and I love the sound of gently running water. There used to be a curry house here in London that had a beautifully lit large fish tank full of fish. I’d always try to get the table next to it when visiting. The hum of the pump, the soft trickle of water and the graceful flow of the fish were deeply soothing to me. But then, I was a bit crazy on tropical fish as a boy and very keen on fishing. I like curries too!
