Without the memorial stonemason, the granite and light could not come together in this way. That someone can carve stone and make it do this amazes me. You can see the chisel marks in the leaf lines. I like seeing the hand of the maker in the work.

Reminds me of a Jaipur decorated elephant. And so beautifully carved. Love the way it catches the sunlight too. Fabulous.
