I took this photo in April. The house is still up for sale, though it is now listed with a new realtor. It’s in the Melrose neighborhood and is surrounded by some really beautiful older Phoenix homes. I wish I could buy it - I think it would be a great investment and meanwhile I could rent it to someone I trust. But I can’t afford two houses. And it’s too small to move into, according to the hubby. I wonder if it has a milk door around back? I love its front porch/stoop.
Can’t believe it hasn’t sold immediately. I could definitely see you sitting on that porch twittering. I like the chimney with the two eyes.
