Tell me that’s not a meteor in the foreground? If it is, would have been ironic had it hit the telescope. Very nice composition.
Ha ha, no, not a meteor. I believe it’s a bit of lava rock from the area’s extinct volcano(es). There is a lot of lava rock up there.
