The workmen are several floors up on one of downtown Phoenix’s many construction sites. The cable is caught under a discharge pipe. I was ready for that once-in-a-lifetime shot that would make the nightly-news. Thankfully the situation did not degrade into a comedy of errors, since it looked like someone would get hurt. Apparently the person on the other end of the phone had some sanity.
Thank goodness nobody got hurt, does make you think, didnt they know that was there to start with?
